Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the website Terra Formus (the "Site") and describes how it collects, processes and uses personal data. Terra Formus is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

Information Collection

When you create an account on Terra Formus, we collect and process the following personal information:

  • Your username
  • Your email address
  • Your password, stored only as a secure hash

We also store the content you choose to publish on the Site. Browsing the Site does not require an account.

Use of Information

The personal information you provide may be used for the following purposes:

  • Signing you in and providing access to Terra Formus's services.
  • Confirming your email address and communicating with you regarding your account and any updates to our services.
  • Improving and personalizing your experience on the Site.
Data Security

Terra Formus takes appropriate measures to protect the security of your personal information. We use industry-standard encryption technologies and follow best practices to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site or conducting our business, provided that they agree to keep this information confidential and use it only for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Terra Formus. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site sets a few cookies of its own that it needs to work, such as your sign-in session and protection for the forms you submit. A cookie named analytics_consent remembers for a year whether you accepted analytics.

The Site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. Its script loads on every page, but until you accept analytics it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous signals with no identifier. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga, kept for up to two years), and Google receives the pages you visit, your IP address and information about your device and browser. We do not use it for advertising. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page: choosing "No thanks" also removes the Google Analytics cookies.

Contact

For any question about your data, or to ask for a copy or the deletion of it, email [email protected].

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Terra Formus reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
